Shred-It Sisters Exclusive:

Sweetlines Skills Courses

We can’t wait to shred with you!

Class Descriptions

We’ve designed a progressive, skill-building, Tuesday evening class series to meet the needs of Shred-It Sisters riders. Each class is geared toward a specific level of rider, from beginner levels to advanced jumpers. Choose classes based on your level and interest. Advanced levels are welcome to join beginner and intermediate level classes to brush up on technique. Novice level riders who progress quickly are welcome to join intermediate level classes with coach approval (dependent on class availability).

Before registering, please read the Sweetlines level descriptions so you know which level to register for. We can’t offer refunds if you register for the wrong level, sorry!

All classes meet at Duthie Hill Park in Issaquah. Please plan to be in the main parking lot 10-15 minutes before class starts.

We are using BikeReg for registration and you do not need to have an Outside account. If you do not have an Outside account and are registering for multiple classes, use the "copy from above" button so you don't have to re-enter all your information.

Pumping & Intro to Air

Welcome to the basics of gravity defiance. Learn how to work the trail to generate speed—like a cat prepping for a strike—without ever turning the pedals. Get comfortable with your tires leaving the dirt and shedding the kitten steps.

  • What You'll Learn: "Pumping" rollers like a happy cat kneading a blanket to gain momentum, the anatomy of a purr-fect launch, and safely clearing small tabletop jumps.

  • Full face helmet and chest protector highly recommended for catching air

Advancing Jumps & Drops

Ready to flex those muscles? Move past the basics and start conquering larger trail features with predatory precision, control, and smooth, silent landings.

  • What You'll Learn: Progressing your airtime from small tabletops to bigger jumps, and scaling up your drops from curb-sized ledges to larger trail drops.

  • Rider Level: 4+ (Advanced Intermediate)

  • Trails: Lunas, Clearing Drops, Voodoo

  • Coach: Kat

Mastering the Gaps

For the advanced flyers who already possess serious cattitude, are catching air, and are easily clearing medium jumps—but want to slay the mental game of clearing larger features and gaps.

  • What You'll Learn: A structured, claws-out progression starting with a warm-up on the Luna tabletops, leaping across to the Luna gaps, and culminating in a flawless session of Gravy Train.

  • Rider Level: 5+ (Advanced)

  • Coach: Kat

  • Full face helmet and chest protector highly recommended for catching air
