  • LOCATION: Tiger Mountain, meet at the TOP OF THE SPECIFIED TRAIL FOR EACH CLINIC

  • COST: Individual class is $159, if you purchase 2 or more clinics, receive $50 off per additional clinic (must be purchased in the same transaction)

Program Description:

The Sturdy Dirty Women’s Enduro is back at Tiger Mountain for 2026! We have created this clinic series to get women in the Beginner or Sport categories ready for race day by breaking down the trails, picking our lines, and sessioning features. Sweetlines professional coaches will help you build your confidence and build your skills on specific trails in the enduro course. All clinics can be taken stand alone or multiple clinics for a discounted rate (if purchased at the same time).

Detailed Clinic Descriptions:

April 22 – Legend Trail (Sport Course)

Legend is a trail with some flow, spotty technical sections, and a few features. We will spend solid time examining and improving body position and technique in the context of the trail. Since this trail involves bumpy terrain, we will spend time working on pumping versus pedaling. We will learn to safely roll bigger rocks and features. We have a few opportunities to get air over some of the roots and rocks, and some need to try out different lines. This trail has a little bit of everything, so we will be supporting you to become a dynamic rider while making smart decisions about features. (Note: we have a plan to allow for different climbing speeds to the top of the trail.)

April 29th – Atlas Trail (Sport Course)

Atlas is a long and technical trail with few line options. Therefore, each feature is one you’ll want to master.  We will break down the trail into smaller chunks and then session trickier moves or combos. Demos and “tow-ins” will be available to help.  We will work with riders on proper body position and technique and sequence features and skills to help build confidence.  (Note: we have a plan to allow for different climbing speeds to the top of the trail.)

May 6 – Fully Rigid + Joyride Trails (Sport Course)

Fully Rigid is a short, awkward tech trail with some tight features. Joyride is a narrow trail with a bit more flow, but still has some technical bits. There’s a lot of time to be gained by knowing the lines on these trails and mastering the tech. We will spend a majority of the time in class working lines and sessioning technical sections.  It often takes multiple runs for a rider to find the line that works best for her. We will spend time with technique and body position as needed. (Note: we have a plan to allow for different climbing speeds to the top of the trail.)

May 13 – Side Hustle + Iverson DH Trails (Beginner Course)

Side Hustle is a fast and flowy trail that can feel fun or can feel like you’re on a runaway train.  We will begin the class examining and improving body position along with working on braking technique. We will spend time engaging our bike’s suspension in order to pump versus pedal and load for or absorb the jumps. We will work to safely roll over root drops, with an option for air if a rider is ready. We will try out different lines around corners and work on technique. This trail has a little bit of everything, so we will be supporting you to become a dynamic rider while making smart decisions about features.  (Note: we have a plan to allow for different climbing speeds to the top of the trail.)

Refine Your Race-Day Mindset

  • Stage-Specific Focus: Stop "target fixing" on the one stump you want to miss. We’ll teach you how to look through the technical noise, locking into your line so you can navigate race stages with total presence and "eyes-up" speed.

  • Silence the Drop-In Doubt: We all know the pre-race jitters at the top of the transfer. We’ll help you dismantle self-doubt and replace it with a resilient confidence, letting you commit to the bike the moment you cross the timing chip.

  • Trust the Training: You will have done the lung-busting climbs and the Sunday practice laps. Learn to trade "perfectionism" for flow, letting your muscle memory take over so you can move with the fluid, intuitive rhythm the trail demands.

  • Master the "Steep & Deep": Turn "Stage 1 nerves" into focused fuel. We’ll give you the tools to regulate your nervous system at the start gate, swapping pre-race anxiety for grounded, calm energy.

  • The Art of the Race Reset: A "dab" or a slide-out doesn't have to ruin your overall standing. Master the mental reset so you can shake off a mistake, stay centered, and finish your descent—and your day—strong.

How We Work

Our group sessions are built for the Sturdy Dirty community—busy women who balance life, work, and the woods. We combine interactive workshops with self-reflection tools to help you identify your unique mental roadblocks—whether it's fear of a specific feature or mid-race fatigue—and build a strategy that works for you.

Can't make it live? Sessions are virtual and will be recorded, so if your training schedule or life gets in the way, you won’t miss a single tool.
